Contains Omegas 3, 6 and 9, and Lignan, an antioxidant.  Linseed is used to help relieve atherosclerosis (ASVD, or hard arteries), constipation, diabetes, gastritis (stomach), gastrointestinal tract (GI), high blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), osteoporosis (bones), and weight loss.

HOW TO MAKE A NATURAL WEIGHT LOSS DRINK

Three Ingredients: 1.   One tablespoon of fennel seeds (5.8 g ~ 20 calories; only seven calories from fat) 2.  One cup of boiled water 3.  Juice of one lemon

Process: Steep the fennel seeds in boiled water for at least 15 minutes (until lukewarm/tepid).  Add the lemon juice.

FOR OPTIMUM RESULTS  Best to drink on an empty stomach, and don’t eat for 30 minutes after drinking.
